The retention of normal synchromesh parts and a helical gear design means the gears are still almost as quiet as a standard gearset, so this is an excellent upgrade for street-driven vehicles too. OS Giken 5sp ratios: 2.596, 1.765, 1.250, 1.000, 0.833 Standard ratios: 3.321, 1.902, 1.308, 1.000, 0.759 This gearset is designe for the final version of the S14 gearbox, some additional Nissan parts will be required to update earlier S13 versions of the FS5W71C.
